O Programa Inova Talentos tem mais de 100 vagas abertas na Bahia para jovens atuarem no desenvolvimento de projetos inovadores, dentro e fora da indústria

O IEL é conhecido pela sua forte atuação no recrutamento de estagiários, mas já faz alguns anos que o Instituto Euvaldo Lodi também tem foco em profissionais que já estão formados, ou em processo de especialização, para atuar em grandes empresas, principalmente no segmento da indústria, como bolsistas do programa Inova Talentos, com remunerações que chegam a R$ 8 mil.
Atualmente, o IEL Bahia tem 102 vagas abertas para essa modalidade nas áreas de Engenharia e Tecnologia, como Desenvolvimento e Ciência de Dados, CAE, CAD, CFD e Engenharia de materiais. Para estas atuais oportunidades, os valores do auxílio vão de R$ 2.500,00 à R$ 5.000,00.
Vale lembrar que as oportunidades são para profissionais com nível superior completo ou que estejam cursando a graduação, a partir do 5º semestre. Aqueles que estão realizando algum tipo de especialização, como pós, mestrado ou doutorado, também podem se inscrever no programa. Em todos os casos, é necessário que haja interesse na área de dados, tecnologia e inovação. Para participar, basta se cadastrar no site do IEL (www.ielbahia.com.br).
EXEMPLO
O físico Gabriel João Nora, de 26 anos, é um exemplo de bolsista de inovação que foi selecionado pelo IEL Bahia para atuar na área de tecnologia e pesquisa da Ford, localizada no Cimatec Park, em Camaçari. Mesmo com a saída da montadora do estado, a fabricante de automóveis concentrou sua área de pesquisa e desenvolvimento em Salvador e Região Metropolitana (RMS), com mais de 180 profissionais oriundos do Inova Talentos.
“Eu estava procurando um trabalho na área de dados e o IEL acabou me dando essa chance, mesmo a minha única experiência na área sendo a iniciação científica. Para você ter uma ideia, antes eu enviava 200 currículos para conseguir três, quatro entrevistas. Após dois anos no Inova Talentos, eu agora consigo uma entrevista a cada dez currículos que eu mando”, revela o bolsista que, assim como os demais, tem contrato de até três anos.
Além do programa, João pontua o trabalho para a Ford como um divisor de águas no seu desenvolvimento profissional, ao qual ele destaca respeito, postura, comunicação com colegas e outros. “É um ambiente diferente do que eu já vinha acostumado a trabalhar no laboratório em que atuei durante minha iniciação científica. Eu realmente recomendo o IEL”, finalizou o físico.
DO OUTRO LADO
Para o empresariado é uma oportunidade de reunir um grupo seleto de profissionais para integrar um grande projeto. Marcel Gonçalves Michelan, diretor industrial na Elekeiroz— empresa da indústria química com unidade no Polo de Camaçari— se considera um entusiasta do Inova Talentos. Para ele, o programa gera aproximação desses talentos “acadêmicos” com a indústria.
“Além de ajudar as empresas a garantirem uma equipe de profissionais de alto grau de formação, trabalhando em projetos específicos, [o Programa Inova Talentos] permite a formação de um pool de talentos que pode ser aproveitado conforme os projetos têm sucesso e se transformam em negócios, ou quando aparecem outras oportunidades dentro da empresa”, analisa o diretor.
Marcel dá exemplos: “Temos uma pessoa na Bahia que, inclusive, foi efetivada no mês passado e terá sua vaga reposta. Já em Várzea Paulista, trabalhamos com diversos bolsistas, sendo que quatro foram contratados, entre eles, um para uma vaga de coordenação dentro do Grupo”, conta o diretor ao elencar que, atualmente, são seis bolsistas em São Paulo e um na Bahia.
Na Elekeiroz, os bolsistas trabalham em temas específicos, alinhados com a sua formação. “Eles ajudam a tirar do papel projetos de alto grau de complexidade, evoluindo o assunto através de pesquisa básica e experimental, a ponto de permitir avançar a escala piloto e desenvolver os projetos para que se tornem realidade”, detalha Marcel.
INOVA TALENTOS
Embora a Indústria seja o setor prioritário do programa, há espaço para empresas de outros segmentos que tenham projetos de inovação, como conta Sandra Pasta, coordenadora de Processos e Negócios do IEL. “O Inova está disponível para empresas de qualquer setor e porte que queiram implementar inovações, sejam elas relacionadas a produtos, processos, ou modelo de negócio.”
Sandra também destaca o aprendizado pessoal que esses jovens têm ao passar pelo Inova Talentos. “O programa proporciona uma experiência transformadora aos bolsistas, promovendo uma rica troca de conhecimento entre eles e os colaboradores da empresa. O Inova tem potencial para ser um grande catalisador da cultura de pesquisa, desenvolvimento e inovação no nosso estado”, projeta a coordenadora.
Marcel, da Elkeiróz, também acredita nisso. “Os bolsistas são importantes para qualquer setor, inclusive para temas organizacionais e as áreas de back office (setores administrativos). Seu alto grau de especialização traz competências diferentes do que as equipes têm. A nível pessoal, promove ao bolsista uma experiência no ambiente corporativo, com um gestor do projeto designado para sua orientação e contato com áreas de interface”, enfatiza o diretor.
