Contribuições poderão ser enviadas até a próxima segunda-feira (27/01) por meio da plataforma Participa + Brasil

A Advocacia-Geral da União (AGU) prorrogou até a próxima segunda-feira (27/01) o prazo para envio de contribuições ao processo de consulta pública sobre a política de moderação de conteúdo das plataformas digitais no Brasil. A ampliação do prazo, previsto para esta sexta-feira (24) atende a um pedido de organizações da sociedade civil e especialistas no tema.
As contribuições e subsídios sobre o tema devem ser enviados pela plataforma Participa + Brasil .
A consulta pública se destina a receber subsídios da sociedade civil, comunidade acadêmica, plataformas digitais e agências de checagem, além de instituições públicas e privadas.
As manifestações poderão ser enviadas até às 18h do dia 27 de janeiro de 2025.
Até esta sexta-feira (24/01) a AGU já havia recebido 46 contribuições por meio da consulta pública.
Além do processo de consulta, a AGU realizou audiência pública na última quarta-feira (22/01) com a participação de 34 especialistas e representantes da sociedade civil .
