O governador Jerônimo Rodrigues Souza (PT) assinou e fez a entrega, na quarta-feira (23), à presidente da Assembleia Legislativa da Bahia, Deputada Estadual Ivana Teixeira Bastos (PSD), o Projeto de Lei que prevê o reajuste acumulado de 13,63% até 2026 para todos os servidores lotados na Secretaria de Estado da Saúde da Bahia, que estima-se vai beneficiar mais de 13 mil funcionários públicos concursados da ativa, aposentados e pensionistas, além dos profissionais contratados por meio do Regime Especial de Direito Administrativo (Reda).
A proposta, se aprovada pela Assembleia Legislativa da Bahia, prevê que o reajuste salarial seja pago em quatro parcelas, duas em 2025 (4% retroativo a março e 2,5% em junho) e outras duas em 2026 (também com índices de 4% em março e 2,5% em junho). No caso específico dos servidores inativos, a proposta estabelece que os índices sejam, aplicados considerando as regras adotadas no momento de transição para a aposentadoria. Segundo o governador, nos últimos dois anos, diversos direitos (dos servidores públicos do Estado) foram reconhecidos, e o reajuste salarial dos profissionais (da Saúde) representa um merecido reconhecimento pelo serviço prestado pelos trabalhadores, além de uma melhoria concreta no Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS). “O Sistema Único de Saúde recebe, diretamente, avanços nas condições de trabalho, fortalecendo os profissionais e promovendo maior engajamento. Agora, resta aguardar a Assembleia Legislativa e, assim que o texto chegar às minhas mãos, sancionarei a Lei conforme a votação”, ressaltou o governador.
Presente à solenidade de entrega do Projeto à Assembleia Legislativa do Estado, onde deverá se analisado por Comissões Temáticas antes de ser votado pelo Plenário, o Deputado Estado e Presidente da Comissão Temática de Finanças, Orçamento e Controle, José Raimundo Fontes (PT), avaliou como “extremamente significativa para a Saúde do Estado” a proposta apresentada pelo governador Jerônimo Rodrigues ao Legislativo baiano, que visa valorizar os profissionais que atuam na linha de frente do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), com um investimento estimado em R$ 100 milhões já para 2025.
“Esse é um gesto importante do governador para a Saúde (Pública da Bahia) e para os servidores, pois promove a valorização e a recuperação dos padrões de remuneração desta categoria. Essa ação se juntará a outras iniciativas que têm contribuído para a melhoria da Saúde em nosso Estado”, destacou Zé Raimundo.
Na solenidade, o governador Jerônimo Rodrigues estava acompanhado do vice-governador Geraldo Alves Ferreira Júnior (MDB) e da secretária de Estado da Saúde da Bahia, Roberta Silva de Carvalho Santana. Também participaram do ato, além de parlamentares base governista, lideranças sindicais dos servidores da área da Saúde.
