A Polícia Federal cumpriu na manhã desta sexta-feira, 18, Mandados de Busca e Apreensão em endereços relacionados ao ex-presidente Jair Messias Bolsonaro (PL), no Condomínio Solar 2, no Bairro Jardim Botânico, e no seu escritório, na sede do Partido Liberal, em Brasília. A ação foi autorizada pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF).
Além das buscas, o Supremo Tribunal Federal atendendo a pedido feito pela Polícia Federal determinou várias Medidas Cautelares contra Jair Messias Bolsonaro, incluindo:
- Uso de tornozeleira eletrônica;
- Proibição de utilização de redes sociais;
- Restrição de contato com o filho Eduardo Bolsonaro, que atualmente reside nos Estados Unidos;
- Proibição de aproximação de Embaixadas e de contato com embaixadores;
- Recolhimento noturno.
Essas medidas visam monitorar o ex-presidente devido a indícios de tentativa de fuga, incluindo um possível pedido de asilo nos Estados Unidos, feito ao então presidente Donald Trump.
A Polícia Federal informou que foram cumpridos dois Mandados de Busca e Apreensão, além das Medidas Cautelares, no âmbito do Procedimento Pet 14.129, que tramita sob sigilo.
Polícia Federal realiza apreensão de dinheiro, dispositivos eletrônicos e documentos na residência e no escritório político do ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro
Durante o cumprimento de Mandados de Busca e Apreensão autorizados pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal, Agentes da Polícia Federal estiveram na residência do ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL) e no escritório localizado na sede do Partido Liberal, em Brasília. A ação resultou na apreensão de dinheiro, documentos e dispositivos eletrônicos considerados relevantes para as investigações.
Itens apreendidos:
- Dinheiro em espécie: US$ 14 mil e R$ 8 mil foram encontrados na casa de Jair Bolsonaro. A origem e o destino dos valores estão sob investigação.
- Dispositivos eletrônicos: Um pendrive que estava escondido em um banheiro e o celular do ex-presidente foram recolhidos e serão periciados pela Polícia Federal.
- Documentos: No escritório do PL, agentes apreenderam papéis que podem conter minutas ou arquivos ligados ao inquérito.
Os investigadores da Polícia Federal suspeitam que o dinheiro possa estar vinculado a uma tentativa de fuga. Os materiais apreendidos serão analisados por peritos da Polícia Científica, com o objetivo de identificar comunicações ou documentos que esclareçam o caso. As investigações seguem sob sigilo.

Em Nota Oficial distribuída à imprensa, a defesa do ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL), a defesa do ex-presidente Jair Messias Bolsonaro afirmou ter recebido as Medidas Cautelares autorizadas pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal com “surpresa e indignação”, alegando que o ex-presidente sempre cumpriu as determinações judiciais. Os advogados disseram que irão se manifestar após acesso completo à decisão.
“A defesa do ex-Presidente Jair Messias Bolsonaro recebeu com surpresa e indignação a imposição de Medidas Cautelares severas contra ele, que até o presente momento sempre cumpriu com todas as determinações do Poder Judiciário. A defesa irá se manifestar oportunamente, após conhecer a decisão judicial”, diz Nota dos advogados do ex-presidente.
A defesa do ex-presidente ainda não se manifestou oficialmente sobre os recursos financeiros e dispositivos apreendidos, que visa esclarecer fatos ligados ao seu patrimônio e possíveis movimentações financeiras suspeitas.
Crise diplomática
As Ações Judiciais e as Medidas Cautelares ocorrem em um momento de tensão diplomática entre Brasil e Estados Unidos. O presidente dos Estados Unidos, Donald Trump, anunciou tarifas de 50% sobre produtos brasileiros e condicionou o arquivamento de Processos Judiciais contra o ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro ao fim dessas taxas. A fase final do Processo está em andamento, com as alegações finais apresentadas pela Procuradoria-Geral da República (PGR) na última segunda-feira, 14. A expectativa é de que o caso seja julgado em breve.
Conforme a Procuradoria Geral da República, Jair Bolsonaro integra o “Núcleo 1” do grupo investigado e teria articulado, direta ou indiretamente, ações para impedir a posse do presidente eleito (Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, do PT), incluindo o incentivo a manifestações golpistas e questionamentos ao Sistema Eleitoral. Os crimes imputados ao ex-presidente incluem tentativa de abolir violentamente o Estado Democrático de Direito, tentativa de golpe de Estado, dano qualificado ao patrimônio da União e deterioração de bens tombados. A acusação também pede a condenação de Jair Messias Bolsonaro à pena de prisão.
