Transformar a dor em um instrumento de luta para se reerguer e recomeçar. Essa poderia ser, em síntese, a definição da história da brumadense Bárbara Cristina Rodrigues Ramos, 35 anos, quatro filhos, que superou os fantasmas dos traumas do abuso sofrido na infância e de uma relação abusiva no casamento, desfeito quando enfrentava um quadro de depressão provocado pela violência psicológica a que estava submetida, porque o agressor, como ela mesma relata, ao se dar conta que já destruiu a vítima, parte em busca de outra. Apesar de não ter recebido apoio da família e estar emocionalmente desestabilizada, Bárbara Cristina buscou forças na fé e como uma fênix, ressurgiu poderosa e pronta para enfrentar o desafio de criar os filhos sem permitir que fossem contaminados pelo “vírus da violência doméstica”.
Não satisfeita, transformou sua experiência de vida em ferramenta para ajudar outras mulheres que não conseguiam sair do ciclo de violência. Especializando-se em Coach Emocional e Empresarial, Designer em Modas e Consultora de Imagens, Bárbara Cristina tem dedicado parte de seu tempo para ajudar mulheres vítimas de violência doméstica a resgatar sua autoestima, através da Organização Não Governamental (Associações de Mulheres Empreendedoras e de Apoio à Economia Solidária do Estado da Bahia – Ames) que fundou e mantém com ajuda de voluntários, na tarefa de fazê-las recomeçar e a ter uma atividade para conquistar a independência financeira.
Na última semana, Bárbara Cristina, que acaba de lançar um livro que mistura ficção com autobiografia (“Feridas Incuráveis: Talentos Emergentes”), com apoio do Projeto Explorando Novas Vozes Literárias: Descobrindo Talentos Emergentes, do Instituto federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia – Campus Brumado, abriu espaço em sua concorrida agenda para uma entrevista exclusiva ao JS, quando fez um relato de sua história de vida e revelou que sua ”reconstrução” como mulher se deve a uma “força que veio do Alto”, fazendo-a enxergar que sua dor deveria ser transformada em uma ferramenta de luta e de solidariedade, para conqwuistar seu espaço e ajudar outras mulheres não só a romper com o ciclo de violência e abusos, mas recomeçar e viver.

JORNAL DO SUDOESTE: A violência doméstica é um processo que se instala aos poucos, de forma sutil e quando a mulher se dá conta está envolvida em um ciclo perverso de anulação de sua autoestima e agressões de toda ordem. Como foi esse processo com a senhora?
BÁRBARA CRISTINA: Ele diminuía minha autoestima com palavras de desvalorização, me chamava de burra, etc, onde eu perdi a minha identidade e entrei em depressão, pela rejeição, o silêncio que ele fazia. Os abusos psicológicos eram constantes e, embora eu estivesse certa, me sentia obrigada a pedir perdão pelo erros dele. Fiquei presa emocionante e tinha a esperança dele mudar. Ainda com depressão ele me descartou e eu cheguei ao fundo do poço, pois pensava como iria viver sem ele e até mesmo o que as pessoas iria falar.
JS: Quando a senhora se deu conta de que vivia uma relação abusiva e o que ou quem a inspirou a romper esse ciclo e buscar ajuda?
BÁRBARA CRISTINA: Após superar a depressão ele já havia seguido, porque o narcisita quando acha outra vítima, ele descarta, pois já destruiu todo emocional da vítima. O rompimento foi ele que me descartou, pois nem eu sabia que estava em um relacionamento sofrendo abuso psicológico.
