Na manhã da última terça-feira, 8 de julho, um incidente grave ocorreu em Brumado, envolvendo um estudante de 17 anos, aluno do 2º Ano do Ensino Médio do Colégio Estadual em Tempo Integral. Durante uma aula, o aluno protagonizou uma agressão física contra uma professora, deixando a comunidade escolar e as autoridades em alerta.
Segundo informações obtidas por câmeras de segurança e testemunhas presentes no local, o conflito teve origem em uma discussão relacionada ao uso do ar-condicionado na sala de aula. O estudante, que chegou atrasado, subiu em uma carteira para desligar o ar-condicionado sem que houvesse permissão e contrariando a vontade da maioria da turma, gerando um desentendimento e, após a professora solicitar que o aluno saísse da sala, ele se aproximou e, sem aviso, desferiu um tapa no rosto da docente. Em seguida, o estudante saiu correndo, pulou o muro da Escola e fugiu do local.
Já na área externa, o jovem gravou um vídeo onde se vangloriava pelo ato, depreciando a professora e zombando do vigilante da Instituição que foi incapaz de detê-lo, zombaria que foi amplamente compartilhada nas redes sociais.
A professora agredida registrou um Boletim de Ocorrência na Delegacia Territorial de Polícia Civil de Brumado. A direção do Colégio anunciou a abertura de procedimento administrativo para apurar o ocorrido e adotar as medidas cabíveis e previstas na legislação vigente. O caso foi comunicado à Vara Criminal, Júri, Execuções Penais e da Infância e da Juventude de Brumado, ao Conselho Tutelar e ao Comitê Estadual Interinstitucional de Segurança nas Escolas e nos Espaços Educacionais da Bahia (Cise). Além disso, a família do estudante foi acionada para colaborar e participar das deliberações e providências cabíveis.
Uma das propostas que estão sendo avaliadas é a transferência do aluno para outra Unidade da rede estadual de Ensino no município, no caso o Centro Estadual de Educação Profissional Em Gestão e Meio Ambiente
A Direção da Unidade divulgou Nota Oficial manifestando solidariedade à professora vítima de agressão, reafirmando seu compromisso inegociável com a segurança e o bem-estar de todos os profissionais da Educação, estudantes e famílias. O comunicado enfatiza que a Escola é –e continuará sendo – um espaço dedicado ao aprendizado, ao acolhimento e ao respeito. E conclui apontando que qualquer forma de violência será categoricamente rejeitada em seu ambiente.
O Sindicato dos Trabalhadores em Educação do Estado da Bahia (Aplb/Sindicato), Delegacia da Caatinga, sediada em Brumado, reagiu à agressão emitindo uma Nota Pública de Repúdio, divulgada através das redes sociais, ressaltando que episódios como este são absolutamente intoleráveis. “É inadmissível que educadores, que dedicam suas vidas à formação de cidadãos, sejam submetidos a qualquer tipo de agressão, seja física, moral ou psicológica, dentro do ambiente escolar”. A Escola, reforça a Nota, deve ser um espaço de respeito, aprendizado e segurança, tanto para alunos quanto para os profissionais da Educação.
A Nota da Aplb/Sindicato – Delegacia da Caatinga ressalta que a Escola deve ser, acima de tudo, um ambiente pautado pelo respeito, pelo aprendizado e pela segurança – um espaço onde alunos e profissionais da Educação possam conviver com dignidade e proteção.
Por fim, o pronunciamento enfatiza que nenhum profissional da Educação deve ser alvo de qualquer forma de violência.
Este episódio reacende o debate sobre a importância de garantir ambientes escolares seguros e o fortalecimento de políticas de convivência e disciplina, buscando prevenir episódios de violência e promover o respeito mútuo entre estudantes e profissionais da Educação.
