Novas contratações do Programa estão enquadradas nas linhas de atendimento Rural e Entidades

Nesta segunda-feira, 2 de junho, foram autorizadas as contratações de mais 1.700 moradias pelo Programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida (MCMV), nas linhas de atendimento Rural e Entidades. A previsão é de que quase 7 mil pessoas, em 15 Estados, sejam beneficiadas e realizem o sonho da casa própria. A informação foi publicada no Diário Oficial da União (DOU).
Entre as moradias autorizadas a serem contratadas, 1.269 estão enquadradas na linha de atendimento Rural do Minha Casa, Minha Vida. As casas têm como objetivo atender agricultores familiares, trabalhadores rurais e Comunidades Tradicionais. Desde 2023, foram selecionadas mais de 75 mil unidades habitacionais do Minha Casa, Minha Vida Rural em todo o país.
NORDESTE — Na Região Nordeste, 467 moradias foram destinadas para a Bahia, divididas pelos municípios de Cravolândia (50 unidades habitacionais), Dário Meira (50), Guanambi (50), Malhada (150), Mansidão (6), Mirante (50), Paratinga (50) e Rio de Contas (61).
Além da Bahia, os estados do Nordeste que receberão novas casas são a Paraíba, com 100 totais, para as cidades de Conceição (50) e Prata (50); Piauí, com 50 para o município de João Costa; Sergipe, com 50 para Carira; Ceará, com 44 para Santana do Acaraú; e Pernambuco, com 21 para Cabrobó e 21 para Mirandiba.
NORTE — Na Região Norte, 95 novas casas foram destinadas para o Pará, nos municípios de Augusto Corrêa (50) e Mojuí dos Campos (45). Outras 50 vão beneficiar a cidade de Itaguatins, no Tocantins, enquanto 21 vão contemplar a população de Governador Jorge Teixeira, em Rondônia.
SUDESTE — No Sudeste, serão 150 novas casas para Minas Gerais, nas cidades de Alto Jequitibá (50), Carangola (50) e Vieiras (50). O Espírito Santo também receberá moradias, com 102 totais, para os municípios de Governador Lindenberg (52), Ibatiba (16), Montanha (6), Nova Venécia (9), Santa Leopoldina (12) e Santa Teresa (7). Itapeva, em São Paulo, fecha a lista com 33 novas residências.
SUL — No Sul, Goioxim, no Paraná, e Canguçu, no Rio Grande do Sul, foram beneficiados com 50 e 15 moradias, respectivamente.
ENTIDADES — Na linha de atendimento Entidades, que financia a construção de moradias em áreas urbanas para famílias de baixa renda organizadas por meio de entidades privadas sem fins lucrativos, 431 moradias foram autorizadas a serem contratadas. Entre 2023 e 2025, foram selecionadas 49,4 mil novas unidades habitacionais do Minha Casa, Minha Vida – Entidades por todo o Brasil.
No Nordeste, 200 unidades habitacionais vão para o Maranhão, em Cururupu (100) e Parnarama (100), 50 para a Bahia, em Irajuba, e 50 para Pernambuco, em Venturosa.
Na Região Norte, o município de Palestina do Pará, no Pará, foi beneficiado com 30 casas, enquanto, no Sul, as cidades de Califórnia, no Paraná, e Cruz Alta, no Rio Grande do Sul, receberão 48 e 53 unidades habitacionais, respectivamente.
