O estudo traz as razões que levam as mulheres a abrirem seus próprios negócios, além do comparativo com a primeira edição da pesquisa. O levantamento traz ainda as diferenças de gênero ao empreender.

Entre as motivações, 46% das respondentes afirmaram que flexibilidade de tempo foi o que as levaram a empreender, enquanto 40% o fizeram em busca de independência financeira. 24% afirmaram que empreendem para ter uma renda complementar e 20% para ganhar mais do que ganhava antes.

As motivações das mulheres para empreender vêm mudando ano a ano

A mesma pergunta foi realizada na primeira onda da pesquisa, feita em 2022, e é possível verificar diferença entre os dados.
