A Assembleia Geral Extraordinária dos professores da rede pública municipal de Educação de Aracatu, prevista para a segunda-feira (06), se confirmada a orientação da Aplb/Sindicato, através da Delegacia Regional do Sudoeste, deverá aprovar a deflagração de greve geral por tempo indeterminado, uma vez que a prefeita Braulina Lima Silva (Republicanos), em mensagem de texto encaminhada à Redação do JS, através do Aplicativo WhatsApp, reafirmou “a impossibilidade da Administração Municipal, nesse momento, de ajustar o Piso Salarial da Categoria”.
A prefeita justifica apontando a “grave crise financeira enfrentada pelos municípios brasileiros, notadamente com a queda dos repasses do Fundo de Participação dos Municípios (FPM)”, que reforça, seria sido de 30% no último mês de julho. Segundo a gestora, entre agosto e outubro, as perdas, em relação aos mesmos meses de 2022, foram de 51%.
Diante desses dados, a prefeita Braulina Lima Silva, embora reconhecendo ser obrigatória e responsável a concessão do reajuste salarial não apenas dos profissionais da Educação, mas de todos os servidores municipais, que reafirma, têm sido importantes parceiros na construção de uma Aracatu mais solidária e desenvolvida, precisa ser implementada com responsabilidade, sem perder de vista o equilíbrio das contas públicas para que a parcela mais vulnerável da população não seja penalizada com a precarização de serviços públicos, inclusive na área da Educação.
“O compromisso com a categoria (Professores e servidores da Educação) segue sendo priorizado, tendo a Administração já sinalizado ao Sindicato sobre o prosseguimento dos atos necessários à reformulação do Plano de Carreira e, tão logo que possível, à concessão do reajuste acordado, mantendo a intenção de ressarcir os valores em atraso à medida que as verbas forem repassadas ao município de Aracatu”, reforçou a prefeita, acrescentando que está confiante que a categoria, como sempre fez, será sensível aos interesses dos estudantes e não irá paralisar as atividades no final do ano letivo.
Finalizando, a prefeita disse que os prejuízos de uma paralisação dos Professores neste momento, não serão da Administração Municipal, que naturalmente terá de arcar com o desgaste político, mas dos alunos, que terão, não apenas o final, mas todo o ano letivo comprometido.
