Em uma demonstração de valorização e reconhecimento pelo trabalho realizado pelos servidores do Legislativo, o presidente da Câmara Municipal de Vitória da Conquista, vereador Ivan Cordeiro da Silva Filho (PL), anunciou a antecipação dos salários de junho e da primeira parcela do 13º salário de todos os colaboradores da Casa. A medida, implementada na última quarta-feira (18), teve como objetivo proporcionar maior alívio financeiro aos funcionários e reconhecer o empenho e dedicação demonstrados ao longo dos primeiros seis meses do ano. Além disso, buscou permitir que os servidores e suas famílias possam celebrar com mais tranquilidade e dignidade as tradicionais festas de São João e São Pedro.
Nos últimos dias, ao responder a questionamentos de jornalistas e blogueiros sobre os primeiros seis meses de sua gestão na presidência da Câmara Municipal, Ivan Cordeiro tem destacado a importância dos servidores na manutenção dos serviços públicos e na melhoria da qualidade de vida da comunidade.
