Mototaxistas e motofretistas de 75 municípios da Bahia receberão Certificação Profissional e acesso a uma linha de crédito específica por meio do Projeto Condução Decente. O governador Jerônimo Rodrigues anunciou a iniciativa nesta segunda-feira (7), no Centro de Operações e Inteligência (COI) em Salvador. Ao todo, 6.500 profissionais da categoria serão Certificados através de cursos especializados e de atualização obrigatória, com um investimento de cerca de R$ 30 milhões por parte do Governo do Estado, por meio da Secretaria de Estado do Trabalho, Emprego, Renda e Esporte da Bahia.
Além da formação gratuita, os beneficiários poderão acessar uma linha de crédito destinada à aquisição de motocicletas novas de fabricação nacional. O financiamento será realizado pela Agência de Fomento do Estado da Bahia Desenbahia, instituição financeira vinculada à Secretaria de Estado de Fazenda da Bahia, utilizando recursos do Fundo de Desenvolvimento Social e Econômico (Fundese), com um aporte inicial de R$ 15 milhões a ser distribuído ao longo dos três anos de execução do Projeto.
O Projeto abrange municípios de diversas regiões do Estado, incluindo Salvador, Vitória da Conquista, Barreiras, Juazeiro e Itabuna. O governador Jerônimo Rodrigues destacou a importância da categoria, ressaltando que ainda há muito a conquistar e que ajustes na Constituição Estadual são necessários para garantir os direitos dos profissionais. Ele também mencionou as parcerias com o Sistema S – conjunto de Organizações e Entidades [Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Industrial (Senai); Serviço Social do Comércio (Sesc); Serviço Social da Indústria (Sesi) e o Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem do Comércio (Senac), Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Rural (Senar); Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem do Cooperativismo (Sescoop); e Serviço Social de Transporte (Sest)], voltadas para o Treinamento Profissional, Assistência Social, Consultoria, Pesquisa e Assistência Técnica; com a Desenbahia (Agência de Fomento do Estado da Bahia) e Secretaria de Estado do Trabalho, Emprego, Renda e Esporte da Bahia, visando atender às demandas dos trabalhadores.

Com uma duração de 36 meses, a formação será realizada em etapas anuais. Os participantes que completarem os cursos com 100% de aproveitamento receberão um kit de proteção individual, que inclui colete, capacetes, antenas de proteção, joelheiras, cotoveleiras e bags. Inicialmente, 2.500 kits serão fornecidos pelo Departamento Estadual de Trânsito (Detran-BA) à Secretaria de Estado do Trabalho, Emprego, Renda e Esporte da Bahia, por meio de um Acordo de Cooperação.
As inscrições para a Certificação estarão abertas de 5 a 16 de maio, através do site da Secretaria de Estado do Trabalho, Emprego, Renda e Esporte da Bahia (https://www.ba.gov.br/trabalho/). As aulas serão ministradas em parceria com o Serviço Social do Transporte (Sest) e o Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem do Transporte (Senat). Poderão se inscrever mototaxistas e motofretistas que atendam aos seguintes critérios: exercer atividades remuneradas na condução de motocicletas e motonetas, ter idade a partir de 21 anos, renda familiar de até dois salários mínimos, habilitação mínima de dois anos na categoria A e não possuir o Curso Especializado Obrigatório exigido pela legislação federal.
Conforme o secretário de Estado do Trabalho, Emprego, Renda e Esporte da Bahia, Augusto Sérgio Vasconcelos de Oliveira, o Projeto do Governo baiano busca fortalecer, especialmente, aqueles que trabalham com aplicativos e motociclistas entregadores. Ele enfatizou o crescimento da categoria nos últimos anos e a precariedade nas relações de trabalho, afirmando que o Governo está comprometido em apoiar essa profissão essencial para a economia e para o sustento de muitas famílias.
Os cursos de Certificação também têm como objetivo reduzir os acidentes de trânsito. O Diretor-Geral do Departamento Estadual de Trânsito da Bahia (Detran-BA), autarquia vinculada à Secretaria de Estado da Administração da Bahia, Rodrigo Pimentel de Souza Lima, explicou que o conteúdo incluirá procedimentos para o transporte de pessoas e cargas, prática veicular individual e aulas sobre ética, cidadania, noções básicas de legislação, gestão de risco sobre duas rodas, segurança e saúde, atendimento ao cliente e logística. “Queremos que o condutor aplique a segurança e aprenda a transportar suas mercadorias de forma mais eficiente. Ele será certificado, terá o registro na sua CNH (Carteira Nacional de Habilitação) e, ao final do curso, também receberá os Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs). Tudo isso para reduzir o número de acidentes graves”, enfatizou Rodrigo Pimentel.
Para André Freire, vice-presidente da Associação dos Motoentregadores de Salvador, essa iniciativa representa “o primeiro passo para regulamentar a atividade. É uma forma de profissionalizar a categoria, garantir segurança no trabalho e valorizar os profissionais, para que sejamos vistos como tal. Recebemos essa notícia com muita alegria”.
