Na manhã da sexta-feira (23), a 10ª Coordenadoria Regional de Polícia Civil do interior, por meio da Delegacia de Repressão a Furtos e Roubos, deflagrou em Vitória da Conquista mais uma fase da Operação Mobile com o objetivo de combater o comércio ilegal de celulares roubados ou furtados. A ação, que faz parte de uma ação deflagrada pelas Policias Civis de diversos Estados e do Distrito Federal, contando com equipes especializadas em investigação de crimes contra o patrimônio, em Vitória da Conquista resultou na apreensão de dez aparelhos celulares, sendo que dois Iphone 13 foram roubados em outros Estados, um na cidade de Caicó, no Rio Grande do Norte, e outro em Patos, na Paraíba. Dois indivíduos que estavam de posse desses aparelhos foram encaminhados à Delegacia Especializada e poderão responder pelos crimes de receptação (Artigo 180 do Código de Processo Penal), associação criminosa (Artigo 288 do Código de Processo Penal), e adulteração de dispositivos eletrônicos/invasão de dispositivo informático (Artigo 154 A do Código de Processo Penal).
Segundo informações da 10ª Coordenadoria Regional de Polícia Civil de Vitória da Conquista, a operação, cuja primeira fase foi deflagrada em novembro do ano passado, conta com apoio do Ministério da Justiça e Segurança Pública, sob a coordenação do Conselho Nacional dos Chefes de Polícia Civil.
A 10ª Coordenadoria de Polícia Civil do Interior de Vitória da Conquista reforça que o combate a esse tipo de crime é prioridade, visando proteger os consumidores e coibir a revenda de aparelhos roubados, que muitas vezes financiam outras atividades ilícitas.
A população é orientada a adquirir celulares em estabelecimentos autorizados e a ficar atento a sinais de adulteração ou procedência duvidosa. A Polícia Civil continuará investindo em operações preventivas e repressivas para garantir a segurança e a tranquilidade da comunidade.
